I scheduled my appointment online. I showed up, they got me in on time, and I was out the door in 35 minutes! No upselling me on services, etc. The price was what they told me and I got $5 off for scheduling an appointment online. I will be using them for all my car service needs from now on!!!

I went to NTB in Tucker where I had to buy tires a couple of years ago. It’s a long story, but I left disappointed...and without 2 more tires. I knew that there was a tire place next door to where I live, but I had heard conflicting reports. But I came in to try it, with hopes I might find a good tire place close by. Service Advisor Jason was helpful and said they could do the service today. It took longer than I thought, but at closing, My car was ready. Jason was on target with how much my tires with recommended protection (which he explained after I asked.). I will drive the car tomorrow to work, so I will check the ride at that time.

Had to get four new tires this week and the folks at Neighborhood Tire Pros were helpful and made sure I left there happy! Thank you Jason and Cindy!
