This time, I was a little disappointing. I take both of cars here. I dropped my car off for service around 9am. The agent told me that car was going to be ready around 2pm. The car wasn't ready until next morning. My wife had to arrange for transportation to pick up my kids. This was unfortunate. I had to said that agent gave me a coupon to reduce total Bill (total Bill was $520+) And to add to this, after I pick up the car as I was driving to work, the engine turns on... hopefully there is a good outcome...

Neighborhood Tire performed my emission test promptly and for $19, which is less than the $25 many other providers charge.

I received quick and efficient service. I had to replace a tire, I decided to change all the tires, my car was taken care of in a short period of time. Jason was in contact with me regarding the best tires to buy for my car. He was courteous an professional.

I needed to only get my emissions done on my car. As I asked questions about protocol and procedures, the lady rep explained everything to me throughly. I went in late afternoon during traffic hours and I was taken care of within 20 minutes. Not bad!
