I recently used your service to install tires on my 2007 Ford Edge. When I got there. I was greeted with a smile by Nicole Crisp. She was very professional in dealing with me. She kept me apprised of any issues with my tires. After the job was done. She took the time explain what work was needed on other parts of my vehicle. I'm very thankful for Nicole and all her help in giving me a great experience!

The Service at the Neighborhood Tire Pros and Auto Service off of Clairemont Ave. in Decatur, GA was nothing but a total success. The customer service was outstanding, they greeted me as I was walking through the door, and the process by sales associate Drew Finley was quickly and promptly.. The wait time was short, and before you know it I was back out the door.. Thanks and I will definitely be back in the near future.. The Team was awesome!!

This is my go to place for oil changes and minor work. Never been disappointed. They are very fair. Courteous and always thinking of the customers. Cindy is very helpful. Whole team is awesome.

Nice people and decently knowledge no doubt. I was pretty happy... Until I got in my car and noticed shop grease rubbed into my cloth center console and door card. Now I need a detail, HOPING this grease can be cleaned, I have my doubts. After spending a fair amount of money and time on a Saturday morning this was BS that is a first for me. Don't get into customer cars with work gloves or dirty hands..... amateur.

Many employees were very nice, but my very simple oil change took two and a half hours when they said it would be an hour max wait. It was busy, so I was understanding with the hour estimation, but two and a half hours without any updates was enough to make sure I did not go back. Edit: The manager, Miss Cindy, called me back and apologized for my experience. She was kind, professional, and understanding of why I was upset. I was able to get a full refund and because of the thought that went behind her customer service, I will be visiting again.

Excellent work by the staff and two pro women, Nikki and Cindy. I felt so cared for as a client: plus they made sure I passed emissions. The brake work was superb, and my car is a miracle because of the oil issue. The engine runs with a lot more "pep!" I am delighted! Wonderful service. They have my business always!
