They gave me the necessary information to explain what needed to be done to address the situation, and was patient with me while I dealt with the other shop. Then when I received the parts, they quickly repaired my car.

Slight snafu delayed my new tire purchase; somehow the wrong size tires were ordered. Fortunately, alert staff spotted the mistake and corrected it. Cost me three days wait, but in the end very satisfied with the service!

They went above and beyond their standard oil change services. They permanently reinstalled a piece of my bumper that was constantly falling off without being asked. And they didn't charge anymore for it, even though it ended up taking a while. Their bathrooms were also shockingly clean, and smelled good. Fully stocked on good smelling soap and paper towels. I will be back here the next time I need to have my car serviced!
