I've lived in this area for over 40 years. A few months ago, I bought a set of tires from them. This weekend, I put a set of tires on my niece's car. When I picked her car up (right before closing), we discovered I needed a battery for my car. The manager, the service writer, and the tech went out of their way to switch out my battery. I don't know too many shops that will ensure their customers vehicle is fixed right at closing. Yes, battery replacement is easy. But, this shop had to make sure my car was working properly due to the system needed to be reset. I can't thank-you enough for helping my family.

My driver’s side rear brake light had burned out, so I took my car to the nearest Neighborhood Tire Pros on Memorial Drive. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. Within a few minutes, I saw a man walk out to my car, move it toward the garage area, and begin working on it. The job was done in under 30 minutes even though several other cars were also being repaired. My husband and I have brought our new and old cars here for many years, and we’ve always had similarly positive experiences. Thank you to everyone working there!

I had a appointment for 12pm today I look at my watch it is now 1:45 pm. No one came and said anything to me why my car is still sitting outside. This is definitely bad customer service…I’ll take my business elsewhere
