I came here for my auto care because it was near by. The place overcharges but the employees were always nice. I never thought much to it as long as my car was working afterwards. My ac broke this summer and on a busy day they said they could still take me in. I told them the problems i've been having. They let me know that they fixed it and all it needed was coolant. A week later my ac goes out again on my ride down to florida... I called them and asked if they were able to fix it free of charge since the issue has not been resolved they said no. I later went to a mechanic and he told me that a piece was broken and had to be replaced. Month later and my ac is working great. Payed double the price for a solution that could've been fixed if i went to the second mechanic who thoroughly inspected what was wrong. Looking at other reviews and the same thing occurs. Where they charge for guesses and the issue isn't resolved. If you do use them i would suggest you make sure what they are charging you for before you sign anything.

For several years I've been to the BP Car Center in East Cobb for an annual emissions test. Went there last week -- as always, the service professional was friendly, competent, and efficient. No wait time, and test was conducted with no delays.

Really like this place and the service I got was excellent. I think this is the first time anyone ever got my alignment correct after owning this car for five years. I thought it was the car that was messed up but apparently I just needed someone that you what they were doing For a change! I purchased a set of Uniroyal tiger paw tires for my 2010 Lexus RX 350. A friend of mine has these on both of his cars and loves them. Best tires he’s ever had he said. After a week, I have to agree they are the best I’ve ever had as well . A bonus for me was the owner of this company has a son who does bodywork. So on top of getting new tires I got a great paint job on my front bumper for a wonderful price. Very happy with this company and the fact it’s family owned and operated. I was attracted by all the five star ratings, and I was not disappointed at all. Highly recommend them.
