the news on our old car wasn't great, but it was honest as always and the service and personnel first rate as we've come to expect. Thanks to Jeffrie and everyone.

Friendly employees and HONEST. We use them for our older vehicles in general, but one time with our newer Jeep, when the dealer's next appointment wasn't for weeks, we went to BP, and they tried to talk us out of using them because the part (battery) was still under warranty. We recently went in, half expecting more extensive work, but they just found the problem, fixed it, apparently was no big deal, and charged us for only the oil change! They've always fixed whatever problem we've had so we feel great about keeping our 100k+ mi cars going. We are really grateful to have a reliable and honest mechanic in the neighborhood. Also we just tried the online scheduling tool last week - it's great, easy to use.

I was having trouble with car starting had oil change and you put a battery put in over $300 2 days had same problem ask if they could look at again was told to come back next week going somewhere else to get fixed

Tim was super friendly, professional, and efficient! Usually taking my car to the dealership to be serviced takes 2+ hours, but I was in and out in approx. 20 minutes! Will continue to service my car with BP East Cobb.

It's never great when my truck needs repairs, but the gang at the BP Car Center always gets it back up and running like a top. Excellent customer service and expert knowledge at great price.
