Dawson and Zach are amazing and saved my day! I had a flat tire that I walked out to this morning, and they arrived in great time and put on a new tire. Both were very nice and professional and I highly recommend this company!

The mobile tire service helped me when I had a flat a couple weeks ago and were great! Then I needed three other tires to match the new one and made an appointment. Came in the next day, and was told that my tires had not arrived yet. However, Jeff at the counter was great and helped get me in wirh tires that were as close as possible (it was the only day I could bring my car in due to work schedule). Then it was recommended that I needed new brakes and rotors and they were able to add that in an hour before closing. They were all great and my car is running beautifully and I highly recommend both the mobile tire service and the BP car care center.

Been using BP Service station on JFerry Rd for over 20 years. Never been disappointed. Service is quick. They explain what is going on. Prices are reasonable. Service with a smile.

Justin and team have been our go to for years but they solidified that with their actions this past week. Our 18yr old daughter took her car to another shop in Roswell that claims to be "female friendly" for a thermostat replacement. 6 hours later she still had no car, she was given a quote for over $800 and was told it MIGHT be ready 3 days later. After some direct conversation with a parent they suddenly we able to have car ready the next morning and the quote dropped to $550... still not good but a life lesson to her to use a shop you trust. The next morning she picked up her car to only have it fully steaming under the hood pulling in to the driveway because the other shop NEVER put the radiator cap back on! CALL JUSTIN NOW were the only words my husband had to say. Justin calmly walked us through how to get the car in a safe condition to get it to them. This was now July 3rd at 1pm. They got her car, flushed the system to get rid of the multiple air bubbles that had formed, ran the car in the heat to make sure there were no issues and degreased her engine that was covered in coolant! At 4pm we had the car back, we had a very grateful teen that was embarrassed but had learned a valuable lesson at a cost that was 1/10th of the other place. Justin and team took what could have been a disaster and focused on customer service, didn't take advantage of a teen like the other location did and solidified our business.
