I used to go here for all of my car care issues. The last time I went was about a 2 years ago. I didn't write a review, but I want to now as another friend of mine had a recent issue. When I was there, the manager, Justin, was a horrible person and I will never forget how he treated me. The credit card machine was not working. The man in front of me tried to use his card and there was an error. I tried to use my card (I had just used it at the grocery store, and there was PLENTY of funds in my account) and the machine didn't work. The gentleman behind the counter called Justin to come to the front. The FIRST thing Justin said was, "Are we sure it's the machine?" Then he stared at me. I had never met Justin before. He did not know me. For him to initially assume that the issue is the customer and not his equipment is UNBELIEVABLY bad business. I replied, "the man in front of me could't get his card to work with your machine, I have been using this card all day with no issues, I checked my account and it is fine. So, yes, we are sure it's the machine." I invited him to WALK TO THE GAS STATION WITH ME so that I could use the ATM and he could see my card worked fine. He declined, so I walked to the gas station alone and came back with cash by using my WORKING CARD. He didn't apologize. He didn't offer to cover the ATM fee. He walked back into his office and said nothing when I came in with the money. Who does that? However, I asked the the very polite employee behind the counter if the ATM fee could be covered and he took $5 off.
