I chose location based on reviews and location. The wait was not the issue; I knew there was a number of cars. The most concerning was that I was called and informed of the problem and that my car would be ready by the time I arrived. My car was not complete. I had to ask to check out to save time and the wait was an additional 30 minutes.

You do great work but I didn't expect to wait 1 1/2 hrs to get my oil changed as I was second in line when your doors opened.

My experience was a little challenge, but was worth it. Rep. Mitch handled my request from front to end. I needed a spare tire and rim and Mitch went above and beyond for me to get what I needed. He was very professional at all times and did great follow up and follow though. I will definitely be using Neighborhood Tire again and highly recommend them for all your car needs. Thanks Mitch once again for your help.

The service and customer service was great. The only complaint was the mechanic consistently trying to hit on me when I dropped off and picked up my car. It gave off not only disrespectful, but also creepy vibes.

I was there for 4 hours to get an oil change
