I have been going to this auto service shop for years and am very pleased with the service I receive. They are reasonably priced and never try to pressure me into unnecessary services. It can be a bit of a wait sometimes because they get quite busy, so I recommend either dropping off your car as soon as they open or making an appointment. Mitch Mitchell is great and always explains the work he recommends and the cost.

Im satisfied with the service i revive at my neighborhood tire plus. They searched and found me a tire that was a close match to mines. Then Waited even after the office was closed for me to Come pick up my truck..so im very satisfied with my neighborhood tire plus..

Today I went in for an oil change they told me it will be a 2 hour wait and it was a 3 and a half hour wait I was so frustrated. But when they finally got around to start working on my car they did an excellent job and gave a discount for the wait I had to endure.

We're sorry the wait time was longer than expected, Nicholas. We always try to provide efficient service for our customers and occasionally a wrench is thrown into the plan!
