Had a oil change In a timely manner and was advised of a problem with my engine. They explained what needed to be done to repair.

Went there to get air condition repaired.Had to go back 3 times.Still not repaired.Called yesterday and they said it might be someting else wrong and I am thinking i will have to pay for it.Frontend alignment went back 2 times.

It's a big chain shop.... Which means big chain prices. They are upfront & explain what they find and what needs to be fixed. No big push to upsell you on anything. But,... It's expensive. You can almost always find the parts way cheaper somewhere else.... But, they won't install them here. They use their own sources and that's it. The people are friendly. The repairs many times come with some sort of guarantee. They can just be a little pricey.
