Matt and his team always do outstanding work on my car. Have known Matt for over 20 years and would not take my vehicle anywhere else! Any problems I have with my car are always taken care of reasonably and correctly every time. Matt is always fair and honest with his customers and his employees and this is one of the reasons I continue to have him work on my cars over many years. I frequently refer friends and others I know to Matt for problems with their cars. Neighborhood Tire Pros are lucky to have a guy like Matt working for him!

I was told that the tire alignment was included in the price of purchasing 2 new tires. When i went to pick up my car and the tire alignment had not been completed and they needed to pull it back into the shop to complete .... No big deal.... then I got the bill. $90 more expensive than I thought because the alignment was not included in the total price given to me over the phone. Didn't complain ... might have needed it, not sure. What I was really upset about is how little they care about the vehicle they are servicing. They left smudge marks all over the car and scratched my rims. It literally looks like they just dropped the rim on the ground. They could care less about the exterior of the vehicle they are working on
