Traveled from out of state and sorely needed a wheel alignment. First contacted a Honda dealer service dept. That went no where fast and couldn't get in soon enough. Without an appointment, I arrived early one morning this week to Neighborhood Tire Pros & Auto Service in the Suwanee area. I let the store manager know I planned to sell the Honda Element when I returned to Texas in several months. They figured out the problem with the tires with cupping and the alignment, didn't try to upsell me or add anything extra. Straightforward business people....honest....quick and wonderful to deal with. I liked that they are located in the same parking lot as Kroger, so you can go have a cup of coffee or shop while you wait. I walked the area for 45 minutes and found all sorts of money on the ground. Just was a delightful visit and I went back home and left the business' card with my daughter and son-in-law and told them to try them out next time for auto service. I think you should too!

This was a greatest car experience of my lifetime and I'm not kidding. I bought a 2000 Corvette from a dealer in Marietta and the check engine light came on before I left the lot. I took the Corvette to Neighborhood Tire Pros and they try to figure out what was wrong with the car why it would not pass emissions but I had cleared the codes I had to drive it until the codes came back up and took it back to them they ran a Diagnostics on the car and fixed it for one hour of Labor and ten bucks.. I will always take my car back to Neighborhood Tire Pros because I can trust them and I can believe in them and I will sign my name to that no question five stars it is.
