I have been a customer of Neighborhood Tires Pros for years, I have never had any issues or complaints with the Service techs or Management. I called to check if tires I previously purchased were in stock, I needed 2 more. I was quoted a very reasonable price for 2 tires. I made an appointment for the next day and they said they could have them installed within a hour. While I was waiting, I was informed in addition I needed my breaks replaced. They could have everything completed within 2-3 hours. One of the services tech, I believe his name was Henry asked if I lived close and offered to drop me off at home and if I needed to be picked back up and taken back to the shop once everything was completed. Fortunately I didn't need to be picked back up. That was a complete surprise... Excellent Customer Services. My car was ready before the time they stated. I would differently recommend Tire Pros to anyone that needs affordable and good quality work done to their car. Tire Pros definitely went above and beyond what I was expecting.

Refreshing honest service. I don't feel pressured to get anything unnecessary. Anything they fix is great never had a complaint.

My oil change for $59 I went back it was over 100 what a big jump No thank you

Very quick and easy super nice people and straight to the point , I didn’t have a major job or anything for them but they were very helpful and the mechanic that worked on my car was very nice as well
