Excellent service! After being parked and nearly immobile for the duration of pandemic, my Jeep Liberty needed A LOT of work. Dropped off on a Friday afternoon, was contacted with price quote before the close of business, with detailed list of needed work, all of which was reasonable and normal for high mileage. Work was finished on time and a little UNDER the initial price quote. When reviewing detailed list of work done, Mitch spotted a doubled service charge and immediately corrected it, lowering price a little more. I've driven a week (~150 miles) and everything is exactly as it should be. Then, I got a follow up text to make sure everything was working out. Considering they are a full-spectrum service center, I will be using them for all my future service needs, and can recommend them without reservation.

I needed an oil change and called ahead to find out how busy they were. It was already 2 p.m., so of course I wasn't surprised when I was told that it would probably take 3 hours. I got my car over within 30 minutes of the phone call. After less than one hour, surprise, my car was ready! Nice!

Doesn’t matter if you schedule a 7am appointment for an oil change on a weekday. When I called them to confirm my appointment they promised I could have my car back by 1 so I could leave for a business trip. I called 5 hours after I dropped off for the oil change and was told they hadn’t touched my car. D**** gives apologies that are obviously not heartfelt because if he cared at all about customer service, he would have called me hours ago to allow me to take it somewhere else. Now I have to travel almost 1000 miles this next week without an oil change because he couldn’t be bothered to call. I can’t stand this place. This was the third strike. They patched my tire once and we’re great, so when I came back for oil changes it’s been a nightmare each time since. Once they even told me my check engine light was just a service reminder. It was actually my coolant system and I got to Toyota before my entire was ruined. They almost cost me an entire engine because they couldn’t care enough to run the code. Terrible place, terrible service, half hearted apologies. I’ll never be back, and having three cars that get oil changes every 2 months, that’s a lot of money they just lost because they couldn’t take 2 seconds to call me.
