Doesn’t matter if you schedule a 7am appointment for an oil change on a weekday. When I called them to confirm my appointment they promised I could have my car back by 1 so I could leave for a business trip. I called 5 hours after I dropped off for the oil change and was told they hadn’t touched my car. D**** gives apologies that are obviously not heartfelt because if he cared at all about customer service, he would have called me hours ago to allow me to take it somewhere else. Now I have to travel almost 1000 miles this next week without an oil change because he couldn’t be bothered to call. I can’t stand this place. This was the third strike. They patched my tire once and we’re great, so when I came back for oil changes it’s been a nightmare each time since. Once they even told me my check engine light was just a service reminder. It was actually my coolant system and I got to Toyota before my entire was ruined. They almost cost me an entire engine because they couldn’t care enough to run the code. Terrible place, terrible service, half hearted apologies. I’ll never be back, and having three cars that get oil changes every 2 months, that’s a lot of money they just lost because they couldn’t take 2 seconds to call me.
