First and last visit. Pulled into this place because my brakes went out on me. Before I could even tell them my reason for needing service. Some Mechanic looking all crazy & with an attitude tells me to park on the street. REALLY...park on busy ahh memorial Dr or the side street next to it. Needless to say I got back on memorial Dr not to park tho but, to drive to another shop. People like him need to realize that we(costumers) don't have to patronize your establishment.

My car wouldn't start and I needed an oil change. Jumped it off and took it to Neighborhood Tire Pros & Auto Service. They completed the oil change. But that is all that I can say they did. They charged me for a full diagnostic and found nothing. Sent me a PDF about how my car was in great shape including the battery. Sent me home. Go to take my car out and it's dead. Dash won't even light up. Pop the hood, with the PDF in hand and start reviewing the things they said they reviewed. Starting with the battery. OBVIOUS corrosion on the terminals. Husband changes the battery and it's humming like a dream. If this is they only place you can get to in a pinch, you may get help. But wouldn't send my family or friends here if they need a good trustworthy mechanic.

I called Neighborhood Tire and Cindy quickly and efficiently found the tires for my car and had me on the road the next day. I always recommend Neighborhood Tire to my friends and family.
