On 10-02-2021, we left our car for repairs and were given the total cost, normally they have us to sign the agreement of the repairs along with total cost. Without warning, this time when we return to pick-up our car we were charged over a $100 dollars more and to make matters worse they gave us a oil change that we didn’t ask them to do because we just had an oil change days before. I really felt that we were taken advantage of. IT WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN PERIOD!!! We have been a loyal customers for years

The lady that works at the reception is the worst for the place has zero manners and customer service ethic she don’t even care about clients at all i had to go back and forth 3 time to get a single tire change because of her lack of communication i wouldn’t recognize that place .
