I came in, with no advance notice, to have my emissions testing done. The staff were, throughout my time there, very, very friendly. There was a little bit of a wait, which I didn't mind. The waiting area was very comfortable. I spent the time drawing, as I usually do in these circumstances. It was all no-stress. My car was ready in a better-than-expected amount of time. I was sent off with, again, a very friendly goodbye. I will be back.
