Tires and install were fine...seemed to take a while and when I left noticed center console open, radio station changed to easy listening and passenger seat fully reclined...seems someone took a nap while I was waiting for new tires. No explanation of work or warranty on alignment, cashier dropped a couple of f-bombs and some employee conflict in front of me. Will not be back.

LeRoy, we apologize for your negative experience. Our technician was looking for your wheel lock and we apologize that the seat was not put back properly. We will use this as a teaching experience for our team to provide our customers with a better service. I needed a tire rotation, made the appointment, left the vehicle, and picked up the vehicle about 30 minutes after the appointment start time. I have always gotten good, prompt, and courteous service at this location.
