Set a 2:30 appointment, things went a little longer than expected and I wasn’t able to stick around. Staff, specifically Danny, was apologetic and rescheduled me for the following morning. The following morning I was in and out and Danny applied a discount to my service. Good to see a company acknowledge their mistake, apologize for their mistake, and take action to make the customer happy and earn their repeat business. It’s a simple business model that many places have forgotten or never cared to implement. Excellent customer service from Danny and the staff at Neighborhood Tire Pros. I will be back!

I visited this location yesterday as a walk-in for an Emissions test on my 2016 Acadia and the staff took me right in. The got me checked in immediately and exceeded the expectation on wait time as well. I was able to get in and out of this shop in about 40 minutes. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Great service!

Took my wife car in for an emission and it was done quick. Thanks. I was informed about the condition of our tires, they are all at 2/32 and needed a whole set immediately. I was talking to myself don’t fall into the salesman traps. But unfortunately that was true, after examining the tire personally, we desperately need new tires. I do appreciate the honest inspection from them and thanks for didn’t pressuring me in buying tires. I definitely will come back for other works.
