I had a flat tire and they had to order me another tire. We set an appointment time for several days in advance and I then came in after the appointed time and they had the new tire put on with 30 min. Justin was great and called me by name. I couldn’t be happier.

This is my first time using this establishment, overall I was pleased with the level of service I received. If I had to make a suggestion it would be to contact the customer as soon as their vehicle is ready.

Never had an oil change take an 1hr 45min before... They should warn people how long their oil change will take if it's going to be longer than usual. Also the person that drove my car in looked like he didn't know how to drive a manual... Tried to take off with the e brake on, repeatedly. Gave them two stars because the guy working the counter was very nice. Edit: changed it to one star. The guy that drove my car in really did some damage to my brakes. I can hear he warped a disk on my drive back... Seriously regret coming here. Don't bring your manual car here.
