Neighborhood Tire performed my emission test promptly and for $19, which is less than the $25 many other providers charge.

This time, I was a little disappointing. I take both of cars here. I dropped my car off for service around 9am. The agent told me that car was going to be ready around 2pm. The car wasn't ready until next morning. My wife had to arrange for transportation to pick up my kids. This was unfortunate. I had to said that agent gave me a coupon to reduce total Bill (total Bill was $520+) And to add to this, after I pick up the car as I was driving to work, the engine turns on... hopefully there is a good outcome...

I brought my car here on Thursday at 11am. They said it would be that afternoon before they could fix the tire. I decided to wait because I needed my car for work this weekend. Every hour or so I would ask about it. I kept being told it was in line. Yatta yatta. I ended waiting 6 hours at the shop before they told me it couldn't be fixed that day. They said they would have to wait because my rim was cracked and bent but they would have a new rim friday morning. You think you could have told me this before I waited 6 hours? Okay. I take an uber home. I didn't get any calls friday morning. I kept calling but was given run around for hours. FINALLY at 4pm after multiple calls they tell me the rim never came. If they had told me at 11am I could have gotten it fixed ANYWHERE ELSE but they decided to give me the run around instead. At this point its 4pm on a Friday and the odds of me getting fixed at another shop were slim. I finally got my car back today. Over 48 hours to fix a tire. I asked for a discount since it took so long and their behavior was completely unprofessional. This shop cost me hundreds of dollars and wasted my entire weekend. I was told it wasnt their fault the rim didnt come on Friday. True but it is your fault you waited until 4pm to tell me that. The best I was told they could offer me was $5 if I agreed to be put on their email list(like I would ever come back). Don't go to this shop. This was the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a shop. I would would give them lower than 1 star if I could. On top of it all, they messed with other things in my car and I will have to take more time off work to get it fixed by real mechanics.

Wonderful staff. As a busy person in the medical field, they are perfect. They are very responsive and helpful. Cindy is a star.
