Went to get my emissions tested, but my 70,000 checkup light was on, so that’s an automatic fail, even though the car passes the actual test. Which they could have told me in advance instead of wasting everyone’s time and money. Then, two weeks laterI got an alert that they reported to car fax that my car was overdue on an oil change. As if they are the only place that can do oil changes. I won’t even buy gas there anymore.

My car battery died in the Kroger parking lot about 4:30 pm, New Year’s Eve. My husband called from home for someone to come and help. The young man arrived. And got my car running. Met him at the shop. They checked my battery. Needed a new one..changed out and on my way before 5:00 pm. We’ve been looking for trustworthy shop for our vehicles. Tires Pro is it.

Came to Tire Pros because Mavis/NTB is a complete joke. I bought tires in July 2018 with a 45k guarantee and they refuse to help me get a credit back from the manufacturer. Tire Pros called and got me a 65% credit on two tires - the other 2 had impact damage. I worked with the mgr, Cindy and purchased a new set of tires for basically the price of 3. Cindy was prompt, communicated well, and the guys at the shop had me in & out in less than 90 mins. Very pleasant experience from a car repair retailer I did not expect and am grateful for.

Had an unfortunate experience with this location. My sister took my car in and replaced four tires, oil filters, and brakes for a total of $1064.14 and had a fine experience. Unfortunately, I had a bike rack covering the spare tire, so they were not able to replace it with the best of the four tires they removed, but said we could come back at a later date and do that. I live abroad, so wasn't able to give her the key to the bike rack until nearly two months later, as we're in the middle of a pandemic and travel from abroad is extremely limited. When I got home I told her I would get the spare mounted, but when I came in - the tech behind the counter immediately accused me of being a crook, by say "this was over two months ago - I don't know where you got this tire from - you might have gone out and gotten a tire and then asked us to mount it - you have to pay for it". He then asked if I wanted to speak to a manager, and I said yes. He did not let me, however - and spoke to the manager himself. The manager made snide remarks under his breath and told him to give me a $5 discount on the service. I'm amazed to hear that the best they can imagine out of humanity is that we would come in and spend $1064.14 only to later come in with an elaborate backstory just to save $25. This kind of rude disloyal behavior makes me sick. Would've taken them 10mins and zero dollars to mount the tire and we world always have come back since we live just around the corner. Instead, they chose to accuse me dishonest behavior and not stand behind their own work. Pick any other store - these guys don't deserve your business. I'll give my $25 (and the next $1000) to someone kinder.
