Usual mechanic (not BP) diagnosed steering rack as reason for leaking brake fluid - he wasn't equipped to do the job so I got some quotes from other places.. BP Tire Pro were in same price range as other shops but offered 2 year warranty rather than 1 so I brought to them. They gave me a date to bring it and when I arrived they had it on thre rack almost immediately. Later that day the manager called me and said it was the hydraulic high pressure line and not the rack, which wound up saving me several hundred dollars. They had steam cleaned the engine, which was a mess because of the leaking power steering fluid,. They were then able to trace the leak. Wasn't super cheap for the line replacement but they also did very reasonable price oil change and headlight and air filter replacement , plus didn't see a charge for the engine cleaniing. Very satisfied.

Came in from out of town and my alternator took a dump. Called Justin and he had me fixed up and out the door right on time. Excellent customer service.

Came in for an oil change and tune up. Showed me the paperwork with the parts, services, and prices prior to start of services. Whole process took less than the time I had personally set aside. Enjoyed the lighting from the large windows were you can see your car being pulled for service and large television in the waiting area. Interior of the car was the same as it was when brought in. Services requested were performed to standard!
