We decided to try BP car care since it was closer than our normal place. We needed an oil change and needed the car checked for a vibration issue. Long story short they tried to sell us new tires (which did not need replacing) and obviously did not check the issue. We declined and took it to our normal place the same day. Turns out we did not need new tires and the vibration was a brake/rotor issue which matched up with the research we had previously done. We will not be back.

The staff here is amazing. They really care about you as a customer and don’t just treat you like a money machine. They explained all the services to me and made sure that I was safe when I left. They worked very quickly as well and used cost effective options. I will be coming here regularly for all my car maintenance needs.

I work nearby so I come here pretty frequently whenever I have car trouble. I always feel taken care of, ALL the guys are good to me, and I never feel like I’m getting screwed over. I’m not that knowledgeable about cars either so I do appreciate when they further explain to me what may be going on with my car. Honestly, I don’t go anywhere else if I don’t need to.
