Did a good job on the car, but it took them almost a week to do the job. Michael made an unnecessary sexist comment about women needing an anti-lock brake system since they are more likely to freak out and slam the brakes. I guess he either didn't see my girlfriend walk in with me or thought I would find it hilarious. It's not funny. I found it unprofessional and sexist. This made me feel bad for what women have to go through. On top of all this when I initially brought my car in he was more occupied with the Georgia vs. Alabama game then looking at me or talking to me, which is totally rude imo. Keep jokes between your beer buddies. I won't be back. I'll take my quote/estimate to another shop that wants to do the job professionally.

My battery died. My son recommended I come here and after giving a quick charge, told me how to get here. They were busy but fitted me in. I am most grateful.

I may be out of date, but I feel that their prices are a bit outrageous...but they do good work, and guarantee their work...most of the auto repair work that they have done for me...honestly I used to do it myself...age and illness have curtailed THAT activity...I will most likely continue to use their services because they are there and do good work.

The staff give me a match price with discount tire shop. It is fair enough !

Terrible customer service. No apology or thanks for patience. At check out, zero explanation of the itemized receipt and procedures completed.
