I asked to have my breaks repaired, and I thought I needed to replace the roters but they were able to turn the roters.

I had a nail in my tire and it could not be fixed it was less than an hour before quitting time and they managed to put two new tires on my car and get me out before they closed up. I appreciated the extra effort they took to get me in and out.

Took my car for an alignment. After 3 hours it was done. Drove it off the lot and car is pulling severely to the right. Called back to facilitate a solution. Have to wait another 3 hours to get it fixed. Mitch is the associate that helped me. He has poor customer service skills.
