I went to bp care center to have my lug nut remove, because it was broken. Elvis and his crew were excellent with their customer service, and my overall experience was awesome. Andrew was very nice and helpful, he made sure experience was a great one. If you have or had bad experiences with previous shops I would definitely recommend going to the bp car care center.

The guys are always so helpful getting my oil changed in pointing out if I need anything else done to my car. I feel very safe being on the road. I don't feel like they have me do anything that I don't need
