We've lived in East Cobb for 8 years now and struggled to find a reliable, trustworthy and cost effective mechanic until we gave the guys at BP a shot! The first time we have them a try, our experience was so refreshing because they didn't try to get over on us and explained the problem very well. We've used them 4 times now and Ithe experience has consistent and pleasant! Elvis and Andrew are great so be sure to give these guys a try, they won't let you down. We come here for simple things like oil change and tire rotations but also for our full services like brakes and transmission flush.

Thankful to Kyle and the team there. Have gone above and beyond to help our family with our older vehicles. They've been able to diagnose and solve problems with the van quickly, arrange for a rental car when needed, and do it cheaper than expected. They'll get all my business going forward. Excellent, excellent service! They were able to price match me with pep boys with a written quote. Nobody else had my hub bearing available on a Saturday. I really needed my car for the rest of the weekend. I had one of the technicians, Gary, ride with me around the corner and he was able to tell me right away what my problem was. He told me to go inside and talk to Mitch or Michael. I went in and spoke with Michael. I had the best customer service I've ever had here in Georgia to be honest. It's very hard to come by especially in that area of town. I was more than pleased that they were able to get my part and put it on my tire, on a Saturday within two hours. Don't let the area fool you, you will get the best service at this establishment. I think them greatly for getting me back on the road safely.

Took my car here to get aligned, service was decent but shortly after the weights fell off!

Made an "appointment". Upon check-in was told 1 1/2 hours to install two tires. At two hours and 15 minutes I inquired as to the status and was told "they're pulling it up now". Another 20 minutes later with no car in sight, I walked around back to find it still up on the rack with alignment equipment attached. Shortly after this, nearly three hours after arrival, I was given the opportunity to have them straighten out my alignment. I politely declined this opportunity to give them more of my money… And time.

Andrew and Mike always take great care of my vehicles. I've brought my BMW and Toyota here and the service is perfect every time.

Needed a few services and had a pretty nasty quote from the dealership. Worked with Andrew to figure out what needed to be done and what I was ready to pay for. I'm really happy with the end result because I saved a ton of money vs. what the dealer was quoting me. I'm not sure that they are the absolute lowest offers in the area, but with all things considered I think the level of service is well worth what I paid. Looking back, my car desperately needed new struts and the dealer didn't even point this out during their "full circle inspection," but quoted me an amount for around what I paid here for half the service of what I got from Tire Pros at BP. I am really glad to know I can rely on this place in the future because I live within walking distance, even though they were plenty gracious in offering me rides. Like I said, I don't think they are winning any low-price awards, but nonetheless they get 5 stars from me for offering high quality service at a reasonable price. I am planning on bringing my car here for routine service from now on. Also, everything was done quickly considering how much needed to be done. If my experience changes I'll be sure to come back to edit or augment this review.
