Poor Service!! I walked in to this place and experienced the worst customer service ever! A guy with the name tag 'Keith' was head down churning out text messages... Carelessly, he did not even looked up to acknowledge my presence. This was my first time here. So after 5 minutes in the lobby and waiting to see what he was going to do after he ignored me, I walked out. Just out of curiosity, a white guy walked in and I wanted to see what would be the difference. I entered back the shop. Here's Keith all engaged with the Caucasian customer. Really!!! Anyway, it was 5pm and I asked him how long it would take to change oil. With an absolute attitude, he told me that he would not be able to get to it until the next day. It literally sounded like 'GET THE F*** OUT OF HERE!!

This is my go to place for oil changes and minor work. Never been disappointed. They are very fair. Courteous and always thinking of the customers. Cindy is very helpful. Whole team is awesome.

Nice people and decently knowledge no doubt. I was pretty happy... Until I got in my car and noticed shop grease rubbed into my cloth center console and door card. Now I need a detail, HOPING this grease can be cleaned, I have my doubts. After spending a fair amount of money and time on a Saturday morning​ this was BS that is a first for me. Don't get into customer cars with work gloves or dirty hands..... amateur.

Honest guys with great service. They fix what's broken, and they don't break what's fixed! 😜

The Service at the Neighborhood Tire Pros and Auto Service off of Clairemont Ave. in Decatur, GA was nothing but a total success. The customer service was outstanding, they greeted me as I was walking through the door, and the process by sales associate Drew Finley was quickly and promptly.. The wait time was short, and before you know it I was back out the door.. Thanks and I will definitely be back in the near future.. The Team was awesome!!

There isn't another service center in the planet I'd take my car to!! Everyone at BP is courteous, knowledgeable, down-to-earth, honest and they actually listen to you when you tell them the situation at hand. Having been to many different mechanics Ive always encounter that "little woman" attitude. This is the first place where I have been treated as an equal and with respect. They stand by their work 100% and will not try to swindle you. If you're looking A+ service definitely go to BP Car Center.

Did a great job with my car today. Fast and efficient. Will be back. Thanks to Boris and rest of crew.
