The staff here did an excellent job changing my tires, air filters, and oil, and went above and beyond to even protect my car from mold build up that they were seeing in the filters. Prices are also reasonable, would recommend!

No ability to customer care management. I paid for the service not a beggar. You better be a beggar to have better service in the shop. UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED + more over. I have installed tires at this shop. I felt something is wrong on my car right after the installment. What I found out was right front tire air pressure was too high. It was over 50 psi. Recommended tire pressure was 37psi and left front tire pressure was over 43 psi. I drive my car on highway mostly to commute and sometimes I do long distance drive. I do not think this shop cannot gurantee minimum safety for customer. I wonder how this shop accquired 4 star google review. For sure this shop provide cheaper price tag than other shop but I do not want to make my life and safety that cheap. *Update I saw you replied in the morning(6/8)and you look concerned but I did not get any phone call from your shop. I would not talk anything on the phone but you can use email instead. Thanks for your concern.

The service was honest and speedy. I knew exactly what the recommendations were and when I requested a tire rotation, they advised against it due to the shape my front tires are in and suggested I contact the place I bought the tires from since it is unusual for them to wear that fast. I am very pleased with their expertise and kindness.

Staff person was very polite. They have redecorated the interior and it looks clean and attractive which means a lot when you're waiting. They are following COVID 19 guidelines.

I brought my car in to have a slightly damaged tire reviewed. The associate reviewed the tire and recommended not repairing it at this time. He could have easily told me it needed to be replaced but was honest about the situation. I have never been here before but will be back.
