Brought my car in for a simple tire repair and they tried to sell me a new tire. I spent my entire teenage working years fixing tires and I know what can be fixed ! To bad there isn’t a more reputable shop in walking distance from my home. It’s no wonder this location changes ownership every year. Buyer Beware!

Needed to check on a slow leak while visiting town. The gentlemen there did a great job finding the problem (piece of metal in the tire) and fixed it up! Would recommend them as they are very efficient!

They got the job done, but customer service is terrible. I called to talk to somebody on the phone and the same woman was rude both times. I called to make sure the time they closed was the same time on the site and she said “you already know this, we close at 6:30”. This was my first time here.

Great service! Called in the morning because of vibration at under 60 mph. Able to schedule an appointment the same day. After assessment, shop recommended two new tires to replace older tires that were 7 years old. One had uneven tread wear and steel belt had become detached. Dates of new tires were within the same year and within two months of each other. Neighborhood Tire Pros honored the price match for same tires at a lower price elsewhere. Helped me to sign up for Member Rewards on the phone and used the discount that same day. Got my vehicle ready by the time we needed it to get to an appointment that afternoon. The drive on 285 stretch was smooth as silk. Great service. Thank you.

Service is always been fast and everyone’s nice right now I have no complaints. I can’t give them five stars because sometimes they can be kind of pricey so I’m not always happy with the prices
