I ran over a piece of metal that left a gash in the tire about an inch long, and tried to go to two other tires shop to get it fixed. I went to the Tire Pros out of desperation, expecting them to say no too, but was pleasantly surprised when they said they could fix it, no biggie. They had it fixed and back on my car in under two hours!

I did not have an appointment but was a walk in as the tire pressure light came on in my car. The service I received was efficient. Daniel provided excellent customer service which has NOT been my previous experience with the personnel at the Decatur location.
