Great experience with Corey. What I appreciate about this auto shop is that in multiple trips here they haven’t tried to pressure or sell me on getting work done. They will tell you what they think needs to be done, show you the quote, and leave it up to you. I can’t say that for every place I’ve used.

Work was done quickly and professionally. Left keys in the night drop box after having to get our car towed to the parking lot and got car back the next day.

The staff at the Decatur City location are caring and informative regarding my car. I appreciate their advice and concern for me as the owner of this car.

Great service! The crew at NTP took my car in and had it back to me in an hour. I had a slow leak in a tire. They called me and said I was good to go in an hour. When I got there, there was no charge. The tech had discovered and fixed my issue so quickly that they could comp the service! Not many places around you can trust to treat their customers in this way! They have also started sending text msgs about the status of your vehicle. The messages are relevant and have useful info. Its a nice improvement. Thank you!

Consistent excellent service....I received solid advice about my serpentine belt that saved cost...also they repaired my windshield wiper fluid reservoir at a very reasonable cost.... instead of replacing it....
