This probably was one of these sleaziest experiences I've had with a mechanic. I took my car there because it was having problems accelerating. I had already gotten one diagnosis and the diagnosis here was 3x as expensive and wasn't even close to what the other mechanic said. So I drove to a mechanic that was recommended to me that was farther out. They gave the same diagnosis as the first mechanic I went to and had it fixed within that week. And they did not charge the diagnosis fee. I was really disappointed at how wrong they were with the diagnosis and how much more expensive it would have been to not actually have the issue fixed and the fact that they charged me for the diagnosis. It really made me question the ethics of this shop and how they do business.
