The staff at Tire Pros provide great no fuss service. I don't ever feel like they are trying to upsell services, but they are thorough in their diagnostics. I go there for everything - tires, brakes, oil change, emissions testing and anything else they do. Thank you!

What looked like was going to be a very bad Saturday for me, turned out amazing! I was very pleased with the level of customer service and professionalism. GREG was very helpful, reassuring, and showed that he truly cared about his customers. He was able to fit me in same day even though they were booked with appointments. I was headed to take my kitties to the vet when I had a tire blow out, so my pets had to stay with me. Greg was so nice and welcoming and even left the AC on when he pulled my car around, so my cats would not be hot, not even for a minute. :) I was VERY impressed with his service and most of all his compassion and kindness. He went above and beyond to ensure that my tire was replaced and that the other three tires were properly aligned, had the correct amount of air, and were safe for me drive on. I hit the extended curb in front of McDonalds getting in the lane to turn onto Clairmont and blew out my right front tire after visiting my daughter in Avondale. I live in Roswell and hadn't been that way since they extended the curb so got over too soon. As I turned the corner I spotted the tire store so I pulled in. I went inside and explained my predicament and asked if they could please put my spare on so I could get home. They couldn't have been nicer. I was in and out in a half hour and on my way home. So convenient, so courteous and so appreciated.

My wife brought her car here for an oil change. I’ve also brought my car here for tires and oil changes before and have had good service in the past. This time however they wouldn’t let my wife make and appointment for the oil change and tire rotation and instead just told her to bring it in the morning and they’d get it done. She dropped her car off around 9am and they told her it would be done by the end of the day. Taking all day for an oil change is already ridiculous but my wife figured it would be done before the end of the day at least. However closing time rolls around and she still hasn’t received an update of any kind about her car. I called the following morning after they opened and they did the oil change then. It’s pretty unacceptable for an oil change to take 24 hours, and if they had told my wife that they couldn’t get it done that day she’d have gone somewhere else without issue. Very disappointed in this experience and it’s unlikely I’ll use neighborhood tire pros again for any service related issues.

Cindy is amazing. She is so knowledgeable and succinct. I felt like she really listened to our situation and made miracles happen to help us feel safe on a road trip to Michigan on Labor Day weekend, an 11 hour drive.

Great customer service! It was easy to make an appointment online, and they finished replacing my brake pads and rotors within a few hours of dropping my car off. I will definitely go back to them in the future!
