Disappointing bait and switch with scummy upsell. Would not recommend. Had an appointment for our 2017 Escape, car needed an alignment (thanks to a classic Atlanta pothole encounter) before new tires were put on and I figured I would have them do an oil change while there as well. I get a call shortly after drop-off to let me know the tires are worn with the rears still within spec. I explained that I was aware and already had arrangements to replace the tires, but wanted to proceed with the alignment and oil change. I was told they wouldn't perform the alignment, and that I needed to purchase tires before they would do so. I noted that was funny, as modern suspensions and alignment equipment wouldn't be materially impacted by low or worn tread and asked them to perform the alignment anyway. I was told that they wouldn't do it without the new tire purchase. I mean, I get the math. They would prefer to tank the sale of the alignment so they have a chance to sell a full set of tires, but this kind of scummy upsell is why people distrust mechanics. Despite the positive reviews, we won't be returning. Thanks for wasting our time.
