I've taken my Civic here twice; once after a third-party inspection to have work done under a warranty and recently for two new tires and an oil change. I like that I can drop off and pick up after hours if needed with my work schedule and pay online. I was impressed both instances with the quality of the work, the communication, and overall experience. Cindy acted as the liaison between myself and the warranty company, letting me know exactly what to expect and where we were in the process; she definitely earned my business. If you've seen how many vehicles are in the lot on any given day, you also know how busy this location is. Even so, I am always kept in the loop and I sincerely appreciate it. I'll gladly pay a little extra or wait a little longer if necessary than deal with the headache of the corporate chains nearby who will sell you the worst quality tires possible or make any excuse possible for a quick cash grab. Highly recommend this location for major and minor repairs.

I brought my car in for an oil change and the turn signals weren't working (something they had fixed before on a prior visit, NOT by replacing bulbs). This trip in order to see why they weren't working they charge $140 for an electrical diagnostic (although the issue was clearly in the turn signal, no where else). But whatever, I agreed to pay, knowing it was ridiculous. I get a call saying the issue is the turn signal SOCKET (something it'd take less than a minute to test for, so that $140 went far). And that they both needed to be replaced, I said ok, how much? They said the oil change, diagnostic, and replacing the sockets would be $400 (!) JUst the oil change and diagnostic would be $190. So OVER $200 TO REPLACE? I declined and ordered the sockets from KIA (2 for under $30) and replaced them when they came in, took less 2 minutes to replace. They were trying to charge over $200 for a $30 job. Will NOT be back. Completely tried to take advantage of me, but since I did grow up working in an auto shop I didn't allow it. Be very careful with this place.

I've been coming here for many years. They always do great work and never push any additional work. They will occasionally recommend a service but my experience with them is that they only do that if it's really something your vehicle needs. I trust them for that.

The staff was really nice and helped answers all the questions I had. I felt listened to while I was setting up my service and also when I arrived which is really valuable to me when I look for a company to trust with my car. Overall they are a very professional group of people - I will be recommending others to use their service in the future!
