For clarity, the vehicle was only brought in once —our team test-drove it three times in an effort to diagnose and resolve the issue thoroughly. When it became clear that there was an internal problem preventing us from completing the alignment properly, we refunded you for the alignment. While we know it’s disappointing when a repair doesn’t go as planned, we always strive to be honest and fair, and we’re sorry that didn’t come through in your experience.
