I have been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. A dealer recently told me I needed extensive work on my older car without explaining why, so I brought it to Tire Pros for another opinion. They kept the car for several days and tested multiple systems. They actually suggested I NOT invest in costly repairs as they admitted without pinpointing any exact problem, the dealer-suggested repair might not be the right solution. They suggested a lower-cost resolution that I could do myself and they didn't charge me for their time or tests. I would not hesitate to recommend this team.

They are so nice and accommodating. After I had terrible service at a mechanic near my house, I decided to try out Neighborhood Tires. Though it’s much farther from me, I’m happy to drive their way because of their great service. Good communication and a smile go a long way.

These people (Neighborhood Tire Pros) are exceptional. They did the work on my car (which was extensive) and let me know each step of the way as to what the problem was, and what it would cost to fix it. When I told Hunter that I couldn’t get all of the repairs done at that time because of cost, but I could afford a certain amount, he went back to his paperwork and came up with the number that I needed to do the repairs. As for the things that I didn’t get done, he said could be put off for a while and the car would be safe to drive. I picked the car up Saturday evening, today is Monday, and I’ve driven to the car for 2 days and it drives like a new one. I’m going to go and have my 2009 - - - - - detailed and fall in love with it all over again. THANKS Neighborhood Tire Pros, for a job well done.
