After reviewing our in-store footage, we found that our technician did not remove or handle the engine shield during your oil change, as this vehicle does not require its removal for the service performed. We understand you had the repairs completed elsewhere, but without the opportunity for our team to inspect the vehicle, we were unable to verify the cause of the damage.
