I was in a bind and needed my car fixed in a hurry the day before Thanksgiving! I went at right when the shop opened, got my car diagnosed in thirty minutes and by Noon, my vehicle was ready. Mind you I drive a 23 year old Corolla. But they always have the parts available to fix it when needed! Now I am back on the road for year 24!

Swift service even when busy

I was disappointed in that I waited 2and 1/2 hours for an oil change but found out later they were checking out things I didn't ask for not to mention the front desk service was not caring. Needless to say I wouldn't be returning there.

Everyone here is fantastic!

Went for an oil change and tire rotation and came away with a hard pull to the right, faulty pre-collision sensor, and unable to use cruise control. When I first came back in, they fixed the steering misalignment but not the sensors, so I came right back only to be told I must have been in a wreck for the sensors to be off and then after taking a look, I was told they couldn’t figure it out.

My guys at the Memorial Drive location always take care of us. Can't ever complain. Most recent visit was for a flat that they repaired and didn't try to upsell me. I generally find that they are consistent, so I usually know what to expect. They always follow up. Prices are market rates. Location is convenient for us. Definitely can recommend.
