These people (Neighborhood Tire Pros) are exceptional. They did the work on my car (which was extensive) and let me know each step of the way as to what the problem was, and what it would cost to fix it. When I told Hunter that I couldn’t get all of the repairs done at that time because of cost, but I could afford a certain amount, he went back to his paperwork and came up with the number that I needed to do the repairs. As for the things that I didn’t get done, he said could be put off for a while and the car would be safe to drive. I picked the car up Saturday evening, today is Monday, and I’ve driven to the car for 2 days and it drives like a new one. I’m going to go and have my 2009 - - - - - detailed and fall in love with it all over again. THANKS Neighborhood Tire Pros, for a job well done.

I went in because of a blown tire. I had the pleasure of working with Drew. He was attentive & gave me some great options that would allow me to get back on the road quickly. To make my experience better he went to go get the tire I needed as the delivery would’ve taken longer than needed! Go see Drew!

This place rocks. Been going here for 2 and a half years since I've lived here. I don't take my car anywhere else. Cindy is friendly, explains things to me even when I don't understand it, mechanics know what they're doing and good prices. I always take my car here and they always get it done pretty quickly. Quicker than I'd expect.

Tires and install were fine...seemed to take a while and when I left noticed center console open, radio station changed to easy listening and passenger seat fully reclined...seems someone took a nap while I was waiting for new tires. No explanation of work or warranty on alignment, cashier dropped a couple of f-bombs and some employee conflict in front of me. Will not be back.

LeRoy, we apologize for your negative experience. Our technician was looking for your wheel lock and we apologize that the seat was not put back properly. I always enjoyed the service at neighborhood tire pro on clairmont in Decatur that's why I always take my car there I like the manager Cindy she's real cool I just love to experience when I take my car there
