They’ve asked for a review so I’ll do this related to the last three visits, with the last two redeeming the one that almost made me never go there again. They’ll get 5, but had it been from a while back, it would have been one star. I’ve never read other reviews until today, and the comments about the manager are in line with what I had experienced. She was not customer-friendly. That said, Hunter is exceptional as was one other person whose name I don’t have. (Male) The bad time: bought a tire to replace my spare time which I had to use after I got a flat. They installed it. Went home to realize days later that they had messed up the previously working hatch back door of my car. Due to time constraints and laziness on my part, I didn’t call. I had been there before, so wasn’t common. Next time I go back to buy the 2nd tire to match the mileage of the tire I just bought (note, these are high end Michelins), the manager wants to charge me to do a diagnostic on the door, as if I were making up the issue that they had been the cause of the rear door breakdown. Now THAT did “tick” me off. I chose to forgo that expense. Fortunately for me, they did the right thing and of their own volition, figured out the issue and fixed the hatch. Made me feel better about them all together. Thus, they have received my business yet again, to buy two new tires. Hunter gave me options to reduce my costs. Meaning- he had to earn my business. He was also very polite. I did not see that manager again so not sure she still works there. She was perfunctory at best, but did not instill a customer loyalty based on her charming personality. I don’t think she did anything wrong per se, but she could learn how to be friendlier, and probably personally a happier person. Maybe the owner just needs to pay them all more, as I suspect they all deserve it! (Without increasing prices). :)
