I came in for new tires. The tires was put on. Drove home. (No highway) Got back out to test drive the new tires on the highway. Car is vibrating badly!!! I’m taking it back Monday morning. Not happy about the unbalanced of the tires. I went back this (Monday) morning and they correct the vibration and was very nice about it. Even, added something extra. I appreciate that kind of service!!!!

I usually have a 5 star experience...but yesterday...everything I requested to be done wasnt completed....I was told after 5 hours my car was ready, but the emission had not been done. I picked up my car and looked for my emission slip and did not see it and called back up to the person who helped me. David asked me if I wanted to come back and have it done. I told him that I would come back tomorrow, since I was already at home. That was such an inconvenience....my car had stayed at the shop almost 8 hours and no one checked to see if everything had been completed. I went back today and Mitch made sure I didnt have to wait long.
