Lawrencetta, I am sorry the experience with David was not to your satisfaction, but we have had a very difficult time arraigning for you to pick up your vehicle. In fact it is still here as of this morning. We have very limited parking for vehicles not being serviced or repaired and this vehicle has been at the store for over 10 days. Please contact us if you have any further questions but we need you to get your vehicle picked up as soon as possible.
