The store manager David Leeds is very rude & could care less if you wait 3hrs or more just to put on 2 new tire. He will never give you a time estimate on waiting bcs you'll be waiting for hours!! Techs can only do as their told & what they can, but CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BADDDD!

The staff was friendly and professional, even as I was irritable toward them from my stress. Michael in particular went out of his way to show me his process and logic so I could trust his word about the work I needed done. What could have been several hundred dollars more than I expected got chopped in half thanks to their crew. I'd recommend this place for sure.

This has to be the most horrible place! The manager David is rude as heck and very unprofessional.

Terrible service! Attempted to get a oil change and could not get one because they were trying to close 2 hrs before the time listed on the sign. Bad business!

After seeing the negative rating I had to come and write. I love the guys up here. They explain any issues I have with my car, I love joking around with them, and Mitch is the best! My car has been serviced up here for the last 5 years and even through human error, they ALWAYS have right there wrong.

I took my car to obtain a diagnostic/quote to change A/C Hose. I informed the staff that one hose was new and only needed the second hose changed. After the diagnostic, I was informed that both hoses were leaking and the estimated charges was over $700.00. It was apparent that they were trying to rip off a female. I took my car to another shop and they performed a diagnostic and confirmed that only ONE hose was leaking NOT two. They replaced the one hose and did a A/C recharge for 70% less than what your shop was charging. Very disappointed, I will NEVER return.

I came into this shop on a windy day and my dress blew up a little. One of the workers decided to comment on how that happened and told me that at least my panties were cute and match. After being thuroly embarrassed, he said how adorable it was that I was blushing. It's not okay to say that to a lady, especially when you are clocked in for a job. I'm ashamed of this store. Sexual harassment at is finest.
