1st time in and very pleased. Service was prompt. Techs provided answers to all my questions. Offered advice but no needless upselling (not opposed to recs that are useful, I mean the style of upselling where they lie to charge you for things you don't need or receive). Prices were posted and very reasonable. Will definitely return.
