Terrible experience. Brought my car in for an oil change and they didn’t fasten the skid plate back properly so as I’m driving comes undone and scrapes the road causing damage. Very unprofessional staff and unhelpful all around on top of that. Never going back.

Neighborhood Tire Pros has been my "go to" whenever issues have surfaced with my cars for many years. The fact that they do excellent work and are nearby too gives me extra incentive to go there. I took my vehicle to a dealership once a few years ago and they "ripped me off" literally and didn't do the repair, but greased a joint and charged an outrageous price. That dealership is now gone, but Tire Pros later did the actual repair for a fraction of the cost.

I used this shop before they do decent work. But they will overcharge you for parts. I need a rack and pinion assembly, I found a brand new one online for around 230 but I was quoted over 600 for the price of the part. I also need a power steering hose assembly which I found for less than 150 online but they would have charged me 500 for the parts alone not including labor. In my honest opinion I would use them for a diagnostic find out what’s wrong then buy the parts yourself and find a mechanic willing to install them.
